I always wondered where the name came from and now I fill enlightened as well as having a better understanding of thought behind the diet. Certainly the positive health affects are appealing and make it worth a consideration. A really good recipe would make the difference and I am looking forward to looking at what recipes it reveals.     this sounds highly interesting I never knew there was such thing as this kind of a diet. It seems very easy to adhere to.  seems like the majority of what it is I already eat just not how they eat it or want you to. also I’m guessing I eat a lot of other things that don’t fall into the category of this diet. it really does have me intrigued though I’m going to buy it for myself and see what I can get out of it. the biggest thing that I like about it is the one month meal plan I feel like I can rotate around on that meal plan for at least a couple months well I tried to get used to the diet as a whole.

    I really need to follow a better diet.  I remember when my husband got diabetes and went on the Atkins diet, I followed it as well so as to encourage him.  Now we are hearing a lot more about the Paleo diet and the Keo diet.  You seem to use the names interchangeably in this article.  Is there a difference between the two?

      Yeah the Atkins diet is an effective way to manage diabetes and I’d argue that the Keto diet is even better for lowering blood sugars & inflammation. 

      The paleo diet is different but dependent on how you follow it, it can be similar to a keto diet,

      So the paleo diet is only eating foods that you could hunt, forage & are minimally processed, so mainly meat, fish, fruit & vegetables. 

      Whereas a keto diet is very low on carbs so your body goes in to ketosis, it is possible to go in to ketosis on a paleo diet; but the two are different. 

      I personally like to one or two portions of fruit per day & a paleo diet is great way to incorporate that ; but still remain very healthy & maintain high T, that is where a diet plan like paleo hacks really adds value, you get loads of ideas for meals you can prepare.

      I wouldn’t necessarily worry about your intake of fats, as long as you are consuming the right kind (saturated & monounsaturated) fats are very good for you, it’s actually inflammation that causes your cholesterol levels to rise, which tends to be causes by a diet high in sugars & seed/ vegetable oils. 

      The paleo diet will help with your intake of healthy fats & foods that will keep you satiated with higher energy levels. The paleo hack recipes book will give you plenty of ideas, so you won’t get bored either!

      Yeah the Paleo diet is a good option for athletes and anybody looking to lose weight or live more healthily, with loser inflammation. 

      The Paelo hacks product is particularly good as it gives you loads of meal options & lot of support information for sticking with a Paleo diet when you aren’t able to cook for yourself.

    While I don’t follow a Paleo diet, it has always been a topic of interest to me. I know it does not include grains (my understanding is because they couldn’t be found by hunting and gathering), but with the amount of health benefits many grains can offer, I wonder why they are totally excluded. This seems like a really great resource and I especially like that it provides a shopping list and month-long meal plan. That would make a transition to a Paleo diet much easier for someone like me.

      Yeah I think my favourite thing about the Paleo Hack recipes is the shopping list & month long meal plan, it makes it far easier to stick to a paleo diet.

      Good question in regards to grains, in my experience the health benefits of grains are somewhat exaggerated & the full picture hasn’t been given. 

      There are a few problems with grains, they are inflammatory & can actually remove nutrients from the body if not prepared properly. I know that’s not why they’re excluded from the diet; but that is part the reason why I’m not bothered that they are.
