  1. Hi! It was great to read your article, and I am sure this post and your site can help a lot of people with their problems and improving their health and well-being.
I have a website about stress relief, and I can say that you gave us great tips on how to reduce stress naturally. For me, the best ways to reduce stress is meditation, going for a walk, being in nature and reading a novel. Of course, sometimes it doesn’t seem easy, because our lives are stressful and we are tired about work, but still, we can do something to feel better. I wish you all who reads this post to do everything to reduce stress and remember about themselves. At the end of a day, everything that matters is our and our family’s well-being. Without that nothing matters. Be happy! Take time for yourself! Be with the ones you love!
Thanks for sharing your article, Nate. It was my pleasure to meet you.

  2. Thanks for this great post! I had heard of a lot of these stress factors before, but one that was new to me was the ‘Attitude and Expectations’ one; I think I do this a lot. I’m definitely going to look into that; thanks for pointing it out. Those stress management techniques are definitely things I need to implement in my life; I’m going to write a list of all the relevant ones. Which technique is your personal favorite? Thanks for creating this resource!

    1. Hi Danny,

I’m glad you found this useful!

Yeah please do implement them, reduced stress benefits your life and health in multiple ways, including leading to increased testosterone production.

  3. Do you think this is a good thing for women as well? I’m a little scared when I hear testosterone. lol I’m afraid I am going to get big bulky muscles. Am I being silly? Will testosterone help women too? Thanks for your time and keep up the good work. 😀

    1. Hi Jessica,

That is a common fear, women do need testosterone as well, most women are low on testosterone as well.

To be honest it is near impossible for a woman to have too much testosterone , take a look at this testosterone and health article to get an idea of what healthy testosterone levels for a woman should be.

  4. I can definitely agree that increased financial pressure/responsibility can reduce testosterone production which leads to a domino effect in all the other areas of life. Its quite annoying that I had to go through a rough experience instead of being taught information as clear and honest as this in high school. But i’m grateful for this article. I’ve found for me that meditation, yoga, and going for walks in nature really help with reducing stress. I’ve also found that spending time around animals like dogs, cats and birds have a super positive effect at neutralizing my stress almost immediately.

    Great article btw!!

  5. that’s very unique article , because i always found increase Testosterone is very tricky . usually people would go for a short cut and try supplement to increase Testosterone . but i will for sure follow your advice and see how things gone work . thanks for the great information

    1. Hi Aly,

Yeah you can opt for testosterone replacement therapy; but I wouldn’t recommend that unless it’s an extreme case! Testosterone supplements tend to contain properties you can get in your diet or other supplements for far less money. I’d advise looking at reducing stress levels and your diet as the best place to start, check out this foods that boost testosterone production article to begin with.
