    I have a website about stress relief, and I can say that you gave us great tips on how to reduce stress naturally. For me, the best ways to reduce stress is meditation, going for a walk, being in nature and reading a novel. Of course, sometimes it doesn’t seem easy, because our lives are stressful and we are tired about work, but still, we can do something to feel better. I wish you all who reads this post to do everything to reduce stress and remember about themselves. At the end of a day, everything that matters is our and our family’s well-being.       That is a common fear, women do need testosterone as well, most women are low on testosterone as well.

  4. I can definitely agree that increased financial pressure/responsibility can reduce testosterone production which leads to a domino effect in all the other areas of life. Its quite annoying that I had to go through a rough experience instead of being taught information as clear and honest as this in high school. But i’m grateful for this article. I’ve found for me that meditation, yoga, and going for walks in nature really help with reducing stress. I’ve also found that spending time around animals like dogs, cats and birds have a super positive effect at neutralizing my stress almost immediately.

  5. that’s very unique article , because i always found increase Testosterone is very tricky . usually people would go for a short cut and try supplement to increase Testosterone . but i will for sure follow your advice and see how things gone work . thanks for the great information

      Yeah you can opt for testosterone replacement therapy; but I wouldn’t recommend that unless it’s an extreme case! Testosterone supplements tend to contain properties you can get in your diet or other supplements for far less money.
